Our Therapy Assistants are an integral part of the team. The demand for this service has increased markedly and we are fortunate to have a team of highly skilled therapy assistants supporting our clients in many different ways in the community.

Our Allied Health Professionals from each team are able to delegate appropriate parts of a therapy program to the assistants and provide training, ongoing supervision and regular program reviews.

This may include:

• Assisting with communication and speech programs
• Practicing important life skills such as using the telephone and social communication
  

Our assistants are all experienced in their area of work and are key members of the Evolve team.
